Service Description
The journey begins with the 8-week foundation program, designed for beginners and those new to the Ashtanga method. Students learn: • Breath and movement synchronization • Sun Salutations • Standing postures • Half of the Primary Series • Basic alignment and safe practice Classes are conducted in Mysore style with more guided instruction so students can gradually build confidence in the sequence
